I started my role with Quorum at the beginning of January 2018. I can honestly say I am one of those rare people who actually smile on my way to work. Quorum are an exciting technology company who are forward thinking and dynamic. I have been impressed since I started here. The overriding atmosphere is incredibly positive with a ‘can do’ attitude. People work very collaboratively across the whole company to get things done. I have been struck by just how much people like working here and how highly our clients and partners regard us.

Quorum’s most important assets are our people and clients as they underpin everything we do. My responsibilities centre around finding the best people. We have a large and growing permanent staff and a network of associates. Our continued growth means we have to be attracting talent to fulfil the future needs of both Quorum and our clients. The IT jobs market has changed dramatically over the past few years. Gone are the days when you would wait patiently for the Friday newspaper each week with hundreds of jobs being advertised that required you to post in your CV and covering letter.
