Senior Modern Workplace Consultant
Quorum is one of Scotland’s largest Microsoft Partners and a Microsoft Direct Cloud Solutions Provider (CSP). We are looking for a Senior Modern Workplace Consultant to join our team on a permanent basis.
We are seeking a self-driven and highly motivated consultant with broad experience across Microsoft 365 Modern Workplace technologies, particularly collaboration, governance, security and information management.
This is a technical, customer-facing role focused on designing and delivering practical solutions that help clients get more value from Microsoft 365. You’ll work across the full customer lifecycle, combining hands-on technical expertise with strong consultancy and relationship-building skills.

Our core capabilities include Consultancy, Project and Professional Services, and Managed Services. We specialise in Microsoft Modern Workplace, Azure Cloud Adoption and Migration, Data Platform, Security and Identity, and Cloud Application Development.
The role:
- Deliver consultancy, design, configuration and implementation services across Microsoft 365 and related technologies.
- Lead customer discovery workshops and requirements-gathering activities, translating business, security and operational needs into practical solutions.
- Design and deploy solutions across Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Exchange Online, Entra ID, Intune, Defender, Purview, Microsoft 365 Copilot and related services.
- Configure and optimise Microsoft 365 services to improve collaboration, productivity, security, compliance, governance and user experience.
- Support information management and governance initiatives, including information architecture, retention, access control, content lifecycle management and migration readiness.
- Deliver migration and transition activities, including planning, configuration, validation, user adoption and handover to support teams.
- Produce high-quality client-facing documentation, solution designs, configuration guidance and handover materials.
- Manage multiple client engagements, balancing hands-on delivery with trusted technical advice.
What we are looking for:
- Proven experience delivering Microsoft 365 solutions in a senior consultancy role.
- Broad hands-on experience across Microsoft 365 collaboration, identity, endpoint management, security, compliance and productivity services.
- Practical experience designing and implementing solutions using SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Exchange Online, Entra ID, Intune, Defender, Microsoft 365 Copilot and Purview.
- A solid understanding of information management, data governance and collaboration governance principles within Microsoft 365.
- Strong customer-facing skills, including workshop facilitation, requirements gathering, solution design and technical documentation.
- The ability to manage multiple projects within a fast-paced consultancy environment.
- A proactive approach to learning, problem-solving and delivering excellent client outcomes.
