- Acting as the primary escalation point for service-related issues and customer concerns.
- Supporting commercial activities, including service proposals, contract amendments, renewals and billing governance.
- Producing monthly service reports, clearly communicating SLA performance, risks and improvement opportunities.
- Providing oversight of escalated service issues, ensuring timely resolution and effective stakeholder communication.
- Leading customer communications during Major Incidents, keeping stakeholders informed of business impact, progress and resolution activities.
- Ensuring post-incident reviews are completed, with root causes identified and improvement actions tracked through to completion.
- Recognising when specialist expertise is required and proactively engaging colleagues across the business to support strategic, operational or technical discussions.
- Collaborating closely with the wider Quorum support teams to contribute to shared client engagements, major incident management, service improvement initiatives and best-practice development.

- Experience managing client relationships within a managed services environment.
- A proven ability to engage effectively with both internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
- A track record of working to SLAs and service performance targets.

- Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong organisational, planning and prioritisation abilities.
- Experience working within a fast-paced environment, ideally within Managed Services.
- Confidence presenting service performance metrics and recommendations to senior client stakeholders.
